You’re invited for an evening of sacred safety. A space to honor collective release and renewal. This month we will be discussing overcompensation and co-dependency where Amanda asks: “Are you biting off more than you can chew?”

Join me for an encoded discussion and space to release what no longer serves you. Make room for you welcome in what is aligned with your most divine self.

Suggested Materials to Bring:
🗝️ journal
🗝️ writing utensil
🗝️ yoga mat
🗝️ comfort items (a blanket, your yelnats, a meditation pillow, tarot / oracle cards, personal plant medicine)

Not Required but always appreciated!:
🔑 offerings of wood
🔑 palo santo or insence
🔑 personal chairs
🔑 your own mini cauldron or safe burning container

During your session you’ll be gently guided through a prompted symbolic shadow meditation hosted by Amanda

This is a physical event. No bathrooms available, please come prepared. Fire will be present.
